由品酒師在坑道酒窖內，在千罈陳年酒罈中，逐罈挑選至少八年以上的珍稀質優的高粱酒基，以獨門的合型工藝勾調而成。儲放地點特別選在恆溫、恆濕的坑道窖藏，在天地精華的優化下得以催陳醞釀出細膩、幽雅的陳香；獨具綿甜、醇和怡暢、層次豐富的和諧口感。
